How To - Bill using practical miles

Objective: Bill a customer using practical miles instead of shortest

Prerequisites: N/A

Refer To: N/A

Steps:

You need to denote on a customer by customer basis which miles are used for Billing.
  1. In Billing, go to the customer master file, and pull up a bill-to customer for edit.  
  2. Then click the Freight Billing button.
  3. The top question says "Use Practical Miles".  Click this box if you want to bill this customer using practical miles.  Do not check it if you want to bill the customer shortest miles.
