How To - Change Special Rates

Objective: Increase or decrease special rates

Prerequisites: Be sure that you have a current backup of the FRDATA subdirectory.

Steps:

  1. Select Tools, File Maintenance, Increase/Decrease Special Rates.  
  2. Fill out the option grid to select the records that  you want to change.  Key in the percent in the format 5.000 (for 5 percent)
  3. Click OK to apply the changes.
