How To - Keep users from billing from dispatch

1. Select Tools, Services, Manage Services, Form Validation, Properties.
2. Click on Invoice and Add.
3. In the description enter Bill from Dispatch (or whatever description you'd like to use to identify this rule)
4. Leave Field blank
5. In Rule, enter the expression on the next line (this must be exact):

mbillSrce !="U"

1. In the Rule Message, type “You are not allowed to bill from Dispatch” (or whatever message you'd like the user to see if they try to bill from Dispatch).
2. Click OK and Apply.
3. Exit Billing and reload it.
4. If user tries to Bill a load from Dispatch, when they save the header, they will receive the message.  They will not be able to proceed unless they use the override password.
