How To - Print an Old Invoice


Overview:
I need to print an invoice, but I have already closed the period.  Is there any way to do this ?

Steps:

Any invoice that is still in the current file can be printed.

If the invoice that you need to print has already moved to history, then move it back to current using the following steps:

  1. Select Billing, Billing Inquiry, Review Invoices
  2. Either click on the button on the tool bar to change to history, or select Actions, Switch to Current/History
  3. Find the invoice that you want and click on it
  4. Click the button on the toolbar, move to current (yellow box with an arrow in it)

Now that the invoice is back in current you can print it.  Enter that invoice number in both beginning invoice and ending invoice number when you select to print.

The invoice will move back to history the next time you close the period.
