WHAT IS MESSAGE ABOUT LOAD INFORMATION BEING DIFFERENT?


Question:
When Billing a load, user may get a message "The load information is different than the dispatch information. Do you wish to change it to match dispatch? Yes/No."
What does this mean?  Can I cut that option off?

Answer:  

Horizon Billing will allow users the ability to automatically import updated shipment information from Dispatch when opening Unprocessed Pros.

For standard Billing, this feature is configurable by editing the Global\Horizon Billing\Edit Action when Dispatch info is different setting via the Settings Manager (SETMAN.EXE).  The possible options are as follows:

Replace - all differences from the originating shipment that are not filled in is updated
Override - all differences from the originating shipment are updated
Leave - no changes made
Prompt All - (default) one prompt to update the shipment is displayed
Prompt Detail - a prompt for each individual difference is displayed

For Custom Billing, this same option can be configured under the service properties.
