Cannot Load 32-Bit DLL\Horizon Directory\keylib32.dll
Problem: After completing a new install of Horizon, when attempting to open the program the user gets a “Cannot Load 32-Bit DLL\Horizon Directory\keylib32.dll
Cause (if known): Data Execution Prevention is turned on
Solution:
Go into System Properties
Advanced Tab
Click Settings under Performance
Then the Data Execution Prevention tab
Either cut off Data Execution or add all the EXEs for Horizon there, diwin.exe, frwin.exe, etc
or drag and drop files
