Entering Dates

The date format is Month/Day/Year. You should enter 2-digits for the month (use leading 0 for 1-9 i.e. 01, 02, etc.), 2-digits for the day, and 2-digits for the year. Also, you can enter dates using a shortcut menu. Right click a date field using the mouse and the following shortcut menu will appear.

If you select Today from the menu, today's date will appear in the field. (Note: The PC system date has to be configured properly, see your administrator if it is not). Or you can select Calendar. This brings up a calendar window from which you can select the date you would like.

To accept the date and have it entered in the field for you, select the OK button.
To cancel and close this window, select the Cancel button.
