How To - Get Settlement Sheet Without Pay

Objective: Produce a settlement sheet showing deductions\expenses, but no pay.

Overview:
Some companies may want to produce a Settlement Sheet for a driver or truck showing expenses and deductions, but no pay.

Steps:

  1. Instead of adding 1 cent of pay (as some were), add a zero pay item in driver or truck pay, then you can print a final settlement sheet to show their expenses and deductions.
