How To - Move Shipment from History to Unprocessed

Objective: Move a shipment from history into unprocessed pros

Prerequisites: Verify the shipment is in history using Tracer

Refer To: Finding missing loads\pros\invoices

Overview:
Billing Verification is a Horizon service that allows you to verify that all shipments in the Dispatch History file have been handled in some way in Freight Billing, including voids, history bills and current bills. If missing shipments exist in the history shipment file that do not exist in Freight Billing, you will have the opportunity to tag the shipments you wish to move to the Freight Billing unprocessed pro file. The Billing Verification Service displays a log of all activity on your screen. You may opt to print this log.

Steps:

  1. In Billing, click the Billing Verification (BV) icon in the toolbar
  2. Enter a starting date for the search
  3. Click Ok
  4. Any shipment(s) found in history, but not in BIlling will be listed.  Place a check mark next to those you wish to move into unprocessed or Select All
  5. Click Ok to move the missing shipments to the unprocessed billing file and display the Billing Verification log.  You may print the log if you wish by clicking Print.
