How To - Load Services in Billing w\o Dispatch installed. (DNP)

Objective: LOAD SERVICES IN BILLING WHEN CUSTOMER DOESN'T HAVE DISPATCH

Prerequisites: N/A

Overview:
If you don't know if services aren't being loaded, select Services from the Tools menu. If there are no items listed, then it is likely that Services are not loading properly.

Steps:

1. Use the Settings Manager (Select Start - Run - \HORIZON\SETMAN)
2. Look for a setting marked LOAD SERVICES AT STARTUP where the user is GLOBAL
3. Set the value to Yes.

If doing this manually, you have to double-click the Memo field to set the value to Yes.

1. Then restart Billing.
