Objective: Print a list of active drivers from Horizon Dispatch
Prerequisites: N/A
Refer To: N/A
Steps:
- Open Dispatch
- Change your screen set at the top from Standard to Masters
- This should bring up the driver and tractor screen
- Right-click in the driver window and choose Filter
- Choose the filter you would like to use i.e. Active drivers, All Drivers, etc.**
- Size the screen if necessary
- Click on the Print button on the toolbar.
** If there is not an Active Drivers filter, you can create a new filter in the customizer under screen set MASTER, then click on driver and FILTER. You can ADD one by clicking the YELLOW + sign button at the top. Then give it a name ACTIVE DRIVERS.
Then you can copy and paste the following expression into the EXPRESSION BOX:
!(INACTIVE $ 'YT')
Then save, then close and it will add it to the choices you have when you filter on 4. ABOVE. You may need to exit Dispatch and reload it to see the new filter.
Basically the dispatch screens are your master files reports as long as you change to the MASTERS Screen set. And the contents can be modified as needed.
