Objective: Perform global increase on LTL rates within Billing
Prerequisites: Have a current backup of the FRDATA subdirectory.

Steps:
- Select Tools, File Maintenance.
- There are 2 selections for LTL - Increase/Decrease Interstate Rates and LTL - Increase/Decrease Intrastate Rates. Select the one that you want to increase.
- Fill out the option grid to select the records that you want to change. Key in the percent in the format 5.000 (for 5 percent)
- One of the selections says "Change Weight Break Rates" ... you must answer Y to this to change the actual rates.
- You may answer Y or N to minimum and maximum, depending of whether or not you want to change those.
- Click OK to apply the changes.
Your LTL Rates have now been increased.
