How To - Fix Missing or Duplicate Customers on Aging Report

Objective: Correct an Aging Report with missing or duplicate customers

Prerequisites: Have everyone exit all Horizon applications

Refer To: N/A

Steps:

  1. Have everyone exit all Horizon Applications
  2. From Tools, File Maintenance, Index Files
    1. Index the customer master file (under Master Files)
    2. Index Billing Files
  3. In Horizon Billing, under Tools, File Maintenance, select Recalculate Customer Balances.
  4. Rerun the Aging Report.
