This error occurs when Horizon is unable to communicate with PC Miler.
Cause:
This can be caused by:
- Having Horizon setup to use PC Miler to calculate mileage but you don’t have PC Miler installed
- Faulty PC Miler installation
- PC Miler Licensing problem
- Other PC Miler issue
Solution:
Go to Start>Programs>PC Miler>Connection Tester - this will typically tell you if there is a licensing issue or some other problem you may need to address with ALK. If the connection is good, please contact MTI Support through Live Chat.
